• Minigame 2 has arrived! - 12 May 2026

  Hi there Dungeon Droppers. I could finally the finished the second minigame, in which you can collect Nazar. With this I hope it will be easier to save up for the Max Health and Armor upgrades.I hope you will have fun with the new mode!

• Small pre Patch for the 2nd minigame - 7 May 2026

  Hi Dungeon Droppers. As it wasn't pushed with the last update due to a mistake on my part, this is a small pre patch to the next minigame that further improves how jumping off ledges feels.

• Inputbuffering + Fixes - 19 February 2026

  Greetings Dungeon Droppers! I have now put " Inputbuffering" into the game, which means that if you press jump slightly before you land it also counts as if you are already in the floor and should greatly improve your jump feeling! Also fixed an issue where the game crashed when you collected a potion of a later zone and went back to an earlier zone.

• Improved Minigame01 Movement - 1 February 2026

  Due to popular demand and because it also didn't work as intended, I have fixed how the prince moves in the first minigame. Until now he was really slow when jumping to the left, but should now just be as nimble in that direction as if jumping to the right.

• Minigame 02 is coming - 13 January 2026

  I am currently working on the second minigame and wanted to give you Dungeon Droppers a little peek at it.With this minigame I wanted to make it easier for you to collect Nazar for your permanent upgrades.Stay tuned!

• Small Music Update - 17 December 2025

  A new background track has been added. Sorry for having been absent for a bit Dungeon Droppers! I have moved to a new city: Cologne. The wife and I were very busy these last few months with packing, unpacking, assembling furniture and getting accustomed to our new jobs. To not leave you completely hanging I have composed another background track. More sidemodes are still in the works though and as we are now slowly settling in, I should be able to get back to it soon enough. Thank you all very much for your patience and Happy Holidays!!!

• First major update - 29 September 2025

  The first minigame has arrived in Dungeon Drops!Upon reaching level 4 in the game you can now take a small detour and play the first of 3 planned minigames. This one will help you collect gems to help you get permanent upgrades more easily!(I have plans for more obstacle types for this minigame that I will add over the coming 2 weeks, but I've wanted you Dungeon Droppers to be able to already play it and get those gems!)

• Cloud Saving is here! - 10 September 2025

  Hey Dungeon Droppers! I have now implemented Cloud Saving and hope everything works correctly. Maybe start the game from your device with the save file with the most progress once, just to be sure. Thank you all for your patience with me. I am trying to keep learning how to implement features!

• Dungeon Drops Price Update - 2 July 2025

  Now after the game has been released for 2 weeks, I was very happy to hear from your experiences with the game so far and how much you enjoyed it. After talking to you, my players and receiving some feedback I have decided to drop the base price of the game, because I honestly overshot my initial estimate. So even though my initial release discount is gone now, I hope people will be able to enjoy Dungeon Drops in the future at an affordable price. Over the next months, a few new things will also be added, Steam Achievements being one of them. So I hope you are all looking forward to it. Thank you very much again everyone, Marcipu

• Demo Update - 8 May 2025

  After a lot of input from people testing my game, I was able to update the Demo with various improvements: - Block fall algorithm has been improved so blocks don't stack too much anymore in a single column (most of the time). - Slight item rebalancing has been done. - Before, when you reached the goal score in a level there was nothing left to do but to die, so you can reach the next level. Now there is the new addition of exit doors, that start appearing once you reached the goal score and they will give you a nice bonus. If you don't take the first door, the next one might be even better. Thank you all very much for testing my Demo, Marcipu
