Hey there!It has been a busy month for Crucible! Here’s what we’ve been working on:Graphics overhaulWe are continuing to fine tune the look of the game too: We added some environmental effects, reworked our foliage system and added a lot of cool new effects like explosions and bullet trails.Here is a before-after comparison:Tech Tree and Weapon UpgradesThe game’s progression will be centered around the Lab. In there, you can unlock new buildings and abilities with coins. You earn these after every game you play based on your stats, no matter if you win or lose.Each weapon has it’s own tech tree, with lots of different upgrades and modifications. You can mix and match these mods to change the weapon completely. So far we implemented 5 different elements (physical, fire, ice, plasma, acid), a few different ammo types and some specialty modifications. For example, the default cannon fires…
