This means:LS Mode Standard, Endurance, and their 2-Minute variants are validThe bombs must be fired at least onceFinishing the mode is not necessaryAny bomb(s) you fired beforehand already countView the entire Credits roll (reach the final screen with the copyright, then back out)Return to the main menu and you should see the notification! DEEP BLAST RUSH LORE: Your ship's machine gun is overheated and weakened, so bullets will never be as powerful as bombs. If you choose to use it in LS Mode, you get extra points per hit. Moving your ship back and forth quickly can kick up "gusts." While powerful as a bomb, gusting is also a key scoring technique in most game modes: Each hit activates the gust multiplier, which can add up to 9x the score value! Practice your gusting in Blast Rush LS!
- Quick Hits: Bomb Types - 11 June 2025
Blast Rush LS adds 6 new bomb types to the original 3 -- a total of 9 ways to blast! Each ship owns their own category of bombs: the BR-15 has Direct (big and brief); the Dignity Saber has Lob (grenade/missile), and the Crystal Heron has Roll (screen-clearers that "roll" across the screen). Find what fits you best!

Blast Rush LS is a shoot-em-up with infinite bombs, and "bullet hell" where the enemies are the bullets! Under "LS Mode" you'll find one of the two main gameplay styles, Standard: a great way to get acquainted with blasting and leaving a trail of destruction through dozens of enemy waves!The other style is Endurance: an endless, randomized challenge that tests your survival skills! Some of these waves will seem familiar from Standard, but others will "break the rules" to keep you on your toes!
