“Underdrift: The Chinese Nether World” is a survival crafting game themed on the Chinese Hundred Ghosts. Discover islands in the realm of the afterlife, defeat various ghosts, gather resources, craft Chinese cuisine and ancient technology, and embark on a naval adventure unlike any other.
About this game
You can play this game alone or with a friend in co-op mode. The story takes place in the Chinese nether world, where you were a chivalrous hero in your previous life. You will set sail on an ancient warship, the “Shenzhou,” navigating through the islands of the Yellow Springs. For survival, you’ve built your base on the ship. During the day, you’ll venture onto the islands to gather materials, and at night, you’ll defend and cook. On your journey, you’ll be accompanied by a talking white dog named Diting. Diting is the mythical mount of the bodhisattva Ksitigarbha. The main objective of the game is to help Diting regain his divine powers and escape from pursuit. In the game, your character’s strength depends on what you eat each day, and the quality of your food relies on your survival skills. As you explore the island, each ghost holds a unique tale, and every traveler you cross paths with is ready to delight.
