  Hey everyone! Nobody wants a match ruined by someone flying through walls. The only one allowed to noclip around here is the Entity. So starting with update 0.4.0, Noclip: Entity is protected by Easy Anti-Cheat (Epic Online Services). What's changing Easy Anti-Cheat installs automatically with the game. You don't need to do anything. Always launch the game from your Steam library. If you start the .exe straight from the game folder, anti-cheat is skipped and you won't be able to play online. Only one copy of the game can run on a PC at a time. Modified game files and cheat tools are blocked from joining matches. Getting an Easy Anti-Cheat error? Close the game and launch it again from Steam. Right-click Noclip: Entity in Steam > Properties > Installed Files > Verify integrity of game files. Still stuck?   Backrooms: Imposter is now Noclip: Entity Big news, wanderers. Our game has a new name: Noclip: Entity. Why the change? During development the game grew into something different. The imposter side of the game is gone: no more disguises, no more mimicking, no more hiding among the group. Noclip: Entity is still an asymmetric multiplayer game, but the rules are simple now. At the start of every match, one player becomes the Entity. The Entity stays the Entity for the whole match, and it has one goal: hunt down every other player. Since the game no longer plays like an imposter game, the old name didn't fit anymore. So we changed it. What this means for you Same game, same team, new name. Your wishlist stays as it is.
