- Apocalypse Mode Revealed - Coming This December! - 11 September 2026
The upcoming mode has been revealed as Apocalypse mode, a brand-new free addition that will be coming to the game later this year! The mode will be centered around vehicle combat, with a roguelike twist. Currently estimating a release date of 12/01/2026, it will likely release in an 'early development' state, where I will continue work on it throughout the remainder of the year and next year. Fixes / Changes: - Fixed an issue where the Razor vehicle could get stuck or glitch in certain levels due to an incorrect pivot position. - Cleaned up text in the base computer. Stinger was incorrectly referred to as Stalker in its description. - Wanderer anomalies will now properly remain shut down after being disabled and will no longer continue spawning in other areas. - SVC vehicles can now use Power Cores as fuel, providing an alternative energy source when needed. - The AJ7 initial ending scene now goes through the load menu to help prevent memory loading issues.

What's New:The last update of the Incidents is here: Incident 5 – Crossroads!This update takes us back to where it all started, but with an overhauled map, new anomalies, more experiments, and more items to unlock!New Content:• New area "AJ7" unlocked after completing AJ9.• Five unique experiments available within AJ7.• Ten new anomalies to uncover.• Two new vehicles added to the roster.• One new upgrade to unlock.Fixes & Improvements:• Adjusted fog qualities in CF8, mainly in the purple mist sections to avoid performance issues.• Anomaly contact previously damaged the player from any user vehicle while driving, regardless of which vehicle was being used. Damage toward the player now only affects the vehicle you are actively driving.• When transitioning from experiment levels to the bunker, it now goes through the fade load screen, to negate memory overloads on level unloading / loading
- Patch #3 - Quick Fixes - 9 April 2026
Quick summary of some changes, mainly fixes: - Nitro button has been adjusted to middle mouse button, as N conflicted with cycling input mapping - Posten has been adjusted, with different textures and gauge visuals, for better memory usage. - HET placer would glitch out if attempting to place in the air, should now prevent that.

What's New:The fourth major update for Junkyard Fury 3 has arrived: Incident 4 – Beginning Of The End!This update introduces a brand-new map, new anomalies to discover, expanded gameplay content, and several important improvements and fixes.New Content:• New area "CF8" unlocked after completing AC2 and AA3.• Five unique experiments available within CF8.• Eight new anomalies to uncover.• One new vehicle added to the roster.• One new item added to the list of tools.Fixes & Improvements:• Introduced Temporary Upgrades (starting with Nitrous). Upon collecting it, a document will be provided on Temporary Upgrades and how they work.• Further refined vehicle handling, with tighter turning grip across all user vehicles.• Improved Traction Module effectiveness, providing increased grip when applied.
- Patch #2 - Quick Fixes - 6 March 2026
Made some quick fixes / adjustments to the game: - tool swapping can now be done inside user vehicles, before the number keys would lock out when entering. However certain tools will not be equip-able in a vehicle, being METs, HET Placers and Flashlights. Everything else should be equip-able in a vehicle though. - The area evaluation tool would auto complete if you never put it away and went to other areas after completing one, should be patched now. - Steering wheel in Posten user vehicle should move now. - exiting / entering vehicles, as well as shooting the stun gun in user vehicles, no longer initiates when paused. - pause menu no longer unmutes volume when going to settings.

Small patch with some fixes, cleaning a few aspects up: So, I noticed climbing onto computers on HETs can be manipulated pretty easily as most anomalies can't attack you, therefore I added a cube collider above the computers for HETs in hypernova discharge experiments Parked vehicle spawning has been adjusted a bit to avoid issues where cars spawn into the same location and glitch out. The Transmitters now pulsate a bit when not in range, giving a slight indication on where you need to place the transmitter when from affar
