The Portal to Nowhere playtest is finally available to everyone! You can now join the test and play through all four acts of the game (except for the finale). If you're launching the game for the first time, please pay attention to the disclaimer shown at startup. It briefly explains the current state of the build: final art and sound are still in development, and texts are being refined. There are also contact links for reporting bugs, typos, and general feedback. The goal of this playtest is to identify any non-intuitive (aka "moonlogic") puzzles and ensure that the game functions as intended. Any feedback will be a huge help in bringing the project to completion. If you enjoyed what you played - add the game to your wishlist. It really makes a difference and helps the project grow.Thank you for playing and supporting the game!

The main work on the cutscenes in Portal to Nowhere is nearly finished. What’s left is a final editing pass with the help of a friend to make sure all the text reads smoothly and is free of typos. After that, I’m planning to run an open playtest, tentatively in 1-2 weeks. It’ll be a great chance to gather feedback, catch bugs, and see which scenes or puzzles work as intended - and which ones need a bit more polish.I'm also thinking of adding some sound effects - right now, the game is almost silent, and that definitely hurts the atmosphere. If I have time, I’ll try to add at least some basic audio before the playtest to bring things to life a bit. Finally, I’ll be opening a permanent Q&A thread in the Community Hub soon, where you’ll be able to ask anything about the development process.
