  We’re delighted to be taking part in the DevGAMM Awards 2026!We’ve been working hard to improve the Aetherfall demo so it better represents the game we’re trying to build. A big part of that work has been developing new ability combos and elemental reactions, giving players more ways to experiment with their abilities and discover how different elements interact.We want those interactions to be at the heart of combat, combining abilities, reacting to enemies, and finding opportunities in the environment. These additions help bring the demo closer to that vision.Aetherfall is still in active development, with plenty more to come.   The very first tech demo of Aetherfall is here! This early build is mostly a showcase of our multiplayer combat system and dynamic interaction mechanics:Projectiles colliding with projectiles can create elemental fieldsProjectiles passing through fields are transformedDashing through a field triggers special effects such as buffs or powerful AOE damage.Melee abilities can destroy or reflect with incoming projectilesWhile it’s focused mainly on PvP, there are also a few monsters to battle for some PvE action.It’s a very early stage glimpse into Aetherfall’s foundations — your feedback will help shape where we go next.
