What you can expect in this update is some more leniency with how information is displayed, the mouse object gives a lot more information than before when you hover the mouse over the UI. The main part of this update is the party and spendings, you need to make sure your country supports your party if you want to stay in power long. You can pass debates changing how your party functions, if you're a democracy you have to win the election to keep playing as the country (You can win it back the next election). So pay attention to the party view as an indicator on how well your party is doing. You can cheat this mechanic heavily and that's the point.Spendings are also introduced by right clicking your entity and navigating to the bottom right corner of the diplomacy view.
