  Hi, this update adds a map. This has been requested by some people and will be especially useful if you intend to clear all the coins. By default the map shows where there are coins left as well as your placed oxygen generators and beacons. There is an option under the gameplay section in the settings to turn on showing treasure chests and caves on the map (for areas you have explored) for anyone that has a trouble finding the chests or caves. By default the map is opened by pressing M when using keyboard and mouse or by pressing the right joystick on a controller. This can be changed in the keybinds section in the settings.

  First of all I want to thank all of you that bought and played the game, I hope you all have enjoyed your time with it. Some you have requested some type of way to mark out chests or caves you found to find it later. So now with this update, you can place beacons. When placed they also appear as a marker on the compass so you can find them later. The default keybind for it on keyboard is G, but that can be changed in the keybinds menu in the Settings.   Mark your calendars! Moose Diver releases on November 10th! If you haven't already make sure to wishlist and follow the game.The demo is still up and your save file will carry over to the full release, so give it a try if you haven't already and want to do some moose diving before then.

• Demo release date announcement! - 11 August 2025

  In just over two weeks on August 26th the demo of Moose Diver will be released! With a few additions compared to the playtest. Here is a preview of the oxygen generator that will be available, it is an item that can be purchased from Barkie McBarkie’s Divin gear n Stuff and it can be placed anywhere you like on the ocean floor. It works just like the oxygen generator in the base, regenerating your oxygen and recharging the sprint motor battery. It also comes opens up a jet stream between itself and the base which can be used for travelling or to send coins.
