• Major Runtime Course Creator Update - 7 September 2026

  Cycling Arcade Race Simulator has received a major expansion. The new Runtime Course Creator allows complete cycling routes to be created directly inside the application. Roads can be drawn and edited freely, T and X junctions can be added, and additional branches can be created. Road Check and the expanded placement system allow SideObjects, patches, buildings, props, traffic signs and road markings to be adjusted or placed manually. Once the course is ready, it can be ridden immediately without using an external editor. Additional improvements include bots, Sprint and KOM sections, elevation profiles, smart trainer support, rider-relative wind visualization, new cyclist animations, and major improvements to performance and track save/load.

The only requirement is that you also have the matching, synchronized GPX file for the video.Additionally, you can now export your rides to TCX, CSV, and FIT formats for easy import into other fitness platforms.Another highlight is the "SeeThrough" feature included within VideoGPX. This gives you the option to watch movies or series during your ride without losing sight of the route.If anything isn't working as expected, please let me know in the discussion forums.Happy training!

  Since the Earth is a sphere, the elevation of the track must be adjusted manually in "Google 3D" mode. Once the GPX file is loaded, you'll see the red line, or if it's too low, you won't see it. You can adjust the elevation of the GPX line using the "H" and "G" keys. Once you've adjusted the elevation, you can hide the line using the "L" key. If a lateral offset is required for the rider, this can be fine-tuned using the right/left arrow keys. The camera can be adjusted as usual using Page Down/Page Down and the up/down arrow keys, but this time you don't need to press the key repeatedly; simply hold the key until the desired position is reached. This means you can now ride anywhere in the world without jitter.
