  A brand new update is here for the DeckTerra Demo! Here's what's new: Expanded Tech TreeThis update adds 12 new Technologies to unlock, which unlocks a total of 8 buildings, 5 units, and a number of additional passive buffs and city construction actions. These new technologies serve two purposes:To add additional buildings and unlocks to the mid/late game of the demo (turns 30-50)To make a scientific victory more difficult to achieve. Updated Religion Buff TreesAlongside the prophecies update from patch 1.0.2, I've revamped the religion buff trees to update the existing buffs and expand upon each religion's tree. There are now a total of 28 religious buffs to unlock, 7 per diety.Just like before, you won't be able to purchase these until you've made a devotion to the corresponding deity, so you'll have to pick which religion buff trees you want to have access to.   Thank you all for playing the demo thus far, here's what's changed in the 1.0.2 update: Mounted Units Get ready to charge into battle using the new Mounted Units! There are two new unit types available in the tech tree: The Mounted Axeman and the Mounted Swordsman.These units have exceptional mobility and modest combat strength, they're great for sieging far away cities. Religious PropheciesI got some feedback that the religious victory condition was feeling bland, so I talked to some playtesters and one of them (shoutout Stinkalot13!) suggested I add religious quests to the game that must be completed to earn a religious victory. These new quests are called Prophecies, and there's one for each of the game's four religions!   Thank you for playing the demo :) Here's what's changed in update 1.0.1: Performance Improvements Sweeping performance improvements across the board. The game is benchmarking much better now, especially on AMD processors. The main menu lag is mostly fixed, and the in-game performance will be starkly different. I appreciate your patience if you had issues with this in the past.
