- Update — New Audio System & Code Cleanup - 9 September 2026
Hey everyone,A new build of Treasure Tiger is live. Here's what changed:Audio engine replaced. The game now runs entirely on Unreal Engine's native audio system instead of the previous middleware. Sound should behave the same as before, but the whole pipeline is lighter and easier to maintain.Code cleanup. A number of systems were streamlined and optimized under the hood.Cutscene polish. Some light touch-ups to a few cutscenes.Most of this is groundwork: Treasure Tiger is coming to more platforms, and these changes are part of getting the game ready for that. More news on platforms and dates soon.If you run into any audio issues on this build, please let me know in the discussions so I can fix them quickly.Thanks for playing.
