• New France / EU Scenario - 24 February 2026

  There is now a new EU Scenario for the Southern EU centered in France. Compete with Germany and the UK for development sites and for access to demand. Over 200 more cities and facilities added. We'll be increasing the ability to compete (friendly) between neighbors in an upcoming release.

• Data Centers Update - 4 February 2026

  The main item in this release is an increase in the number of data centers in each country. There is now also a task associated with supplying data centers with power, with the reward being increased battery backup power and capacity.

• Climate Victory Update - 12 January 2026

  Added a Climate Victory that is possible along with any other victory, you will receive it the next turn after you reach the victory point goal. New facilities and the existing CO2 Products facilities grant you Climate Score points. They include: Aerosol Geo Engineering, Soil Amendments with CO2 and Ocean Seawater Electrolysis for CO2 and Hydrogen. You also can develop some mega projects around the world that allow you to fill in dried up desert lakes (subsea depressions). There are steam achievements rewarded for Climate Victories for each scenario country

• Update 1.14 - 20 December 2025

  All 4 victories for all 7 scenarios now have a unique ending video to go with the individual victory results. As with any game you've already completed you can revisit the ending by loading the game and clicking on the "End Game" button where the "next turn button" would otherwise be.

• Technology Expansion Update - 10 December 2025

  The tech tree has been reworked and we added 10 more technologies including new facilities and ways to generate power in your own country. There's now over 30 technologies, some with multiple steps like Fusion and Space based Solar. We'll update the screenshots so you can check them out. In addition to the new techs some are country specific and each country now has a more unique path. We added a MOST EPIC MUSICAL SCORE to the game, seriously it's great! If you do need silence you can toggle it off in the game menu. I find myself pausing late game, admiring my what I build, watching the wind turbines and clouds pass by listening to the sound track. Other changes include: You can now buy one more influence per turn, click on the Gems in the top bar on the game map screen. • Update 1.12 - 22 November 2025

  There are now two different starting Companies to chose from with each country Each comes with different starting factories and existing energy like Wind or Offshore Wind You can also chose to gradually buy the energy assets of the other company. Geothermal is now on the map and can be bought on the map. Sites will now continue to develop on their own and don't disappear so you can add them later if another country doesn't get them first.

• Update 1.11 - 7 November 2025

  You can now use a third construction point by clicking on the available facility. The price will be 200 more then normal. You won't be able to use a 3rd point for Pipelines, Power Lines or Sea Cables. There are now images for all tasks and policies.

• Achievements Update - 3 November 2025

  Added Support for Steam Achievements. If you want the achievement for a previous game victory, simply reopen the game and click on "End Game" in the menu and it will activate that achievement. All victories for each scenario has their own, as well as, the Power Mega-Projects.

• Power the Future - Gold Release - 18 October 2025

  There are only a couple changes since the 1.08 Update, but this is the 9th update and the game has been significantly enhanced since the July initial release. So we are declaring a Major Update and we invite players who looked at it a few months ago to now look again. The game functionality and balance is solid and the UX has improved significantly. We do intend to renew focus on the UI and polishing it now that the features are fully built out.Replaced the map icons with a better palette of shiny onesAdjusted Demand Facilities that are unlocked by pipelines and power lines to only unlock when built. • Update 1.08 New Tech and more content for USA and EU - 11 October 2025

  Added two new technologies: Space Based Data Centers and Expanded Geothermal Orange Hydrogen is now a separate technology from Natural Hydrogen Natural Hydrogen now has a randomized output and will produce a little more on the average but some wells will also produce less than before. Hydrogen consuming facilities connected by pipeline now have three types with three different outputs: Refinery: eFuel, Steel Plant: more money and Fertilizer Plant: ammonia. There's also another type of eFuel consuming facility: Chemicals Plant, in addition to the existing Jet Fuel Added over 20 cities to the USA game, you now have more Hydrogen Pipeline and Power line routes and can optimize for fuel, influence or money. • Update 1.07 New Competitive Victory and Language Support - 30 September 2025

  When you start the game you can now play against all the other countries. In this "Competitive Victory" you just need to out score the other AI Players and become the World Leader in Renewable Energy. The UI now allows German, Dutch, French, Spanish, Japanese, Hindi, and Chinese

  Reworked all the solar in all the regions so that they look better and arrange and appear in a more realistic way. Increased the size of the solar panels and arranged to not overlap with other facilities. (A GW of solar panels would still be much bigger in real life) Up Next: There will be a few new technologies and adjustments for differentiation per country There will be an assistant that you can activate with a button click each turn, to buy solar, wind and OS where there is available demand. Buying/Building Demand facilities: Right now you connect to existing facilities with either Power or H2 respectively, we will add placeholders for you to add your own facility of choice among the options for Power or H2 respectively. • Version 1.5 and Free Demo Now Available - 29 August 2025

  More opportunities to add influence. Specifically add a Headquarters or connect data centers to the grid. A few Rare Earth/Metals mines are available to each country depending on the real world situation. For example China starts with some active mines, but most other ones require a large money investment. The Areas within Sites/Regions have to be activated or connected first before you can place wind or solar, ect. There are icons now that show you what each area produce, and how many energy producing facilities are in them, so you can plan based off of that. Areas now can have some already developed solar, wind or fuel facilities, so you can consider those in your expansion.

• Update 1.04 - 10 August 2025

  Added one mega-project for each scenario, it is required only for the Power Victory. Space Solar is now only available to China and is one of their Power Victory criteria. There is now a tip on the Main Map screen, like in the Sites/Regions. The notifications are limited to ones you would want to take action on, and they will take you directly to the Site, if you choose to. You can use them as a task list. But don't forget about Geothermal and other actions you won't have a reminder for.

• UX Upgrade and Game Balancing Update 1.03 - 1 August 2025

  Upgraded to a Globe Projection and higher resolution Earth 3d background. Replaced all post-build sprites with 3d Objects. Changed Demand Sprites so they indicate what they also produce and bonuses like Influence. Added DataCenter which demands Power and provides Influence. Grayed out, not yet available demand facilities so it's clear which ones you can add. Changed some costs and income.

• Minor Patch for Win11 Issue - 16 July 2025

  Fixed an issue with a new install not initializing the database. Would affect a Windows11 machines without an existing install of a newer version of the file.

• Update 1.02 Added Alternative Victories: Electric and H2/Fuel - 15 July 2025

  Added two different Victory strategies for each Scenario so that you can explore taking your country on an Electrification path or focus on hydrogen, ammonia and e-Fuel production. Modified/fixed facilities in a number of different sites: Algiers, Annaba, Malaysia, Salalah
