We have released a new patch for both Dead Island and Riptide Definitive Editions. This patch fixes missing weapon blueprints, optimises placement of collectible items, improves network stability and more. Included in this patch... Added missing mods/weapons/blueprints (BBQ, Exploding Meat, Ripper) Proper loot and updated item placement for important items (like collectibles) Removed the metallic blood effect Resolved audio issue with sound stuttering and adjusted level of co-op player sounds Co-op network stability improved Ferry mission crash bug fixed

- Last days to upgrade to the Definitive Edition at a discount - 20 June 2016
The discount on the Definitive Editions for owners of Dead Island and Dead Island Riptide will retire on Thursday, June 23, at 10 AM Pacific Time (that’s 6 PM BST in the UK, 7 PM CEST in Europe). After the upgrade discount retires, any future discounts will still work but won’t be affected by whether or not you own the original games. In the meantime, we are working with the developer on various fixes for an upcoming patch.
