A ROYAL EXPEDITION As ongoing war nears a decisive turning point, the Kingdom of Midland suffers a troubling disturbance along its naval trade routes. Fearing this disturbance may jeopardize the kingdom’s chance at victory, King Galliard II, sanctions an expedition to uncover the cause of the fleet's disappearance. A KNIGHT You are Serpico Albrecht, the illegitimate son of a nobleman and a servant. Suffering a cruel upbringing in his father’s manor, Serpico fled upon his mother’s death, stealing his family’s heirloom sword out of desire to prove his worth. After earning knighthood by single-handedly defending a city gate, Serpico drew the attention of King Galliard II. An interest that ultimately led to his selection for the royal expedition.
