• Keep Moving! - 27 February 2026

  In today's update, we introduce the Movement Bonus feature. The bonus counter gradually increases as long as the player keeps moving, making it a powerful combo with the standard multiplier.We've also removed the Gem Counter and Coin Counter boost cards and added two new boost cards.To make the Overworld map make a bit more sense, you can now skip Skill Lab, Healer, and Shop nodes.Plus, we squashed a bunch of bugs.

• Permanent health upgrades - 25 February 2026

  With today's update, we introduce permanent heart upgrades for your character, occasionally available in your local maze shop. Yes, they are rare. And YES, they are expensive. But at least they exist. Sometimes. For safety reasons, hearts are capped at 10.In addition, we've tuned the difficulty and fixed a bunch of bugs. Some nasty, some just mildly annoying.

• We're finally live! - 12 February 2026

  After a long and painful final stretch, Exit Plan b has finally been released! Grab your copy and dive into long-lasting fun as you conquer the maze by any means necessary. Expect plenty of tense, time-consuming challenges to keep you busy for a good while.Two missing skills will be added to the game in a later update. More on those later. Now that the game is out, the focus shifts to improving the skill usage instructions; even though most of them are quite intuitive to learn just by playing.Have a pleasant journey!

• The release is getting closer - 16 December 2025

  The release date is approaching, even though I've had to delay it a bit. I don't want to release the game in a badly unfinished state, so it's better a little late than too early. Most likely, the game will be released in January.Yesterday's new update includes lots of improvements. Be sure to try the demo!Character selection has been implemented. You can now play as either Smilo or Dino. Smilo moves more slowly but starts with four hearts instead of the usual three. Dino, on the other hand, is lightning-fast. After release, you will be able to figure out the way to unlock the two other characters.Thanks for the support, and please wishlist the game!
