  0.01.04-Some users were experiencing a bugged summoning that resulted in a softlock. This was due to some test data that was mistakenly loaded into the game, and which had a random chance of occurring.

• Patch 0.01.01 - 22 May 2026

  0.01.01-The Matter of Being now uses Godot's compatibility renderer. This should result in improved performance for most users, plus allow the game to run on more machines overall. Please report any visual bugs you notice. -Item counts at sites are now correctly reset after starting a new game after exiting to the main menu.

  0.0.40:-Fixed an issue that gave some players 0 energy upon starting a new run.-You can no longer infinitely repeat Dr. Freeman's first pact.
