  gaming is open to many more people than it has ever been available to. that being said most of those people will never have their games played. here is a cutscene from life's a beach. enigma: no hablo ingles someone else: theyre inciting a riot enigma: que I don't speak english. • game is now 71 cents for the autumn sale hidden achievements are in most areas - 2 October 2026

  celebrate the last game youll ever play until gta 6 comes out. that's what makes the autumn sale so special this year. for 71 cents you get 2 hours of play time. the earth 2 area filled with my best comedy. the texas area also filled with my best comedy and the mexico comedy area filled with my best comedy. basically each area is specialized around a youtube short and based on it's performance i decided whether or not to put it in the game. each comedy bit has a themed challenge area centered around it. load times are basically non existant. if you play the mexico area as well as the hidden achievments which are tied to your save file you can expect 2 hours of playtime possibly more. player 2 controls experienced regression about a year ago that I didn't notice until recently. for some reason the arrow keys for player 2 don't work when loading in a new area. the game originally was appr…

• Game is 71 cents for the steam summer sale and better than ever - 26 June 2026

  we've been working hard updating the game for the steam summer sale and although we were a little late the first round of updates for the game started at 8:00 pm cst the day of the sale. it's now 11:03 am and we've finally completed them. our game used to be 65 cents on sale previously but unfortunately having the game at 65 cents caused it to be less than 50 cents in some territories meaning it was unclear if it would be sold there as a result maybe not but 65 cents is as risky as I want to go. 71 cents is the lowest sale price. the good news the game can now be played on android and here are the settings. it's very impressive a game as advanced as life's a beach is impressive running on a 4gb mali gpu and it shows. race conditions involving the chatbots decryption protocol abound due to the android phone's slow speed. it's recommended to have wifi off and possibly even be plugged in t…

  with updates you always break something which is why we try to do them infrequently. so weve reverted the updates but we will reapply them before the steam summer sale.okay so the chatbot update needed for the achievement update is complete. the achievement update still needs to be done. still enjoy the chatbot.okay so we fixed everything on low end configs you can use the faster baked lighting loading map for 480p or if you want to the dynamic lighting map that is the default for other resolutions. we are really proud of our chatbot. we were working on it many years before we ever started this game. in any case the idea with the hidden achievement update which hasn't been released yet but is in progress. • ai chatbot cancelled for life's a beach - 18 April 2026

  the achievements update will continue but without a chatbot for hidden achievements tied to the save file. as these feats don't unlock achievements like the main game's achievements there unfortunately far less rewarding. we plan to have cool effects and stuff but without the ai there just far less rewarding.Although we still got potentially hit with australia's age verfication law. our game is considered to have online interactivity that it really doesn't have. it has orphaned features from udk 3 which could potentially allow you to create a lan network match that works similarly to unreal tournament 3 I think. the game itself has those features removed and all the utgame binaries don't exist in the compile of the game. but networking isn't completely disabled from the game so I guess most udk 3 games unless they specifically disable the ability to use networking ask for firewall excep…

• mini sale during steam spring sale - 20 March 2026

  this year were having mini sales throughout the year due to gta 6. these sales aren't quite as deep as our major sales one of which is on black friday. currently the game is reduced by 33 percent reducing the price to 2 dollars. if you have a weak pc there is the option of getting a faster loading time for one map by using play in 480p instead of play in 480phq.default mapplay in 480p.bat

• preview of maps that load in 1 second - 14 March 2026

  future updates to the game will have the gameplay sections load instantly. on slower pcs in the future the part of the map that allows you to explore everything will also have fast loading times when play in 480p is selected. the load times for these new maps are potentially 1.35 seconds on a n150 with a ufs drive. an ssd would potentially be faster but probably would be negligible. that being said these maps have worse lighting so they look substantially uglier. we tried to fix this using baked lighting but it didnt quite work. here are the pretty textures that can be seen at any resolution including 480p if 480phq is selected. all textures in the game don't use mipmapshere are the textures for the maps that load faster. these maps have had precomputed lighting removed and use baked lighting instead. this results in a reduction in file size per map from 47 megabytes to 26 megabytesthis…

  Sometimes you want to get a thoughtful gift like flowers but you also don't want it to be too expensive. life's a beach is that perfect gift for valentines day.contains jokes like you know what i've always wondered about porcupine sex theyve got all those quills and poison it just seems dangerous to me and yet ive never heard of any porcupine dying from sex in the span of human history it's just something we never really think about.other great jokes are also included.the game has challenge sections themed around a particular joke. the game has one hour of playtime. with playtime to increase by 2 hours during the fall with the completionist update.

• lots of content added - 16 December 2025

  this is a big update. we added an optional feature that the texas area uses which increases sensation of speed and keeps you anchored to the ground. it works great for this race event. how to access the new texas area.how to access the greatest number meme of all time 76.a ton of content awaits. there is also a really cool gameplay section hidden in the metrorail section having to do with inflation. it's located in the texas area youll have to play the game to find out. there's also a hidden gold gameplay section near on stocks. all in all it's a great update and the game will be marked down significantly for the winter sale december 18. I just did a full runthrough and it took me 18 minutes 30 seconds to finish. the new content added about 4 minutes 30 seconds worth of content. this should raise the playtime for most players from 30 minutes to 40 minutes.

  you know what ive always wondered about porcupine sex with that out of the way here is an updatewed normally silently update and not tell you. but its too long after the release not to tell you.there was an echo in the movie sequence for the challenge area in on potato.*the in engine movie sequence for on potato no longer echos. meaning you can't trigger it twice at the same time.well that's it for the launch updates for now this is the most major bug fix that can be fixed easily. any other things that are minor bugfixes we won't release a news update for.
