Those of you out there who have followed the game closely or talked to us at conventions know that we had big ambitions when we set out to make this game which included not only a release on Steam but a release on Playstation 4 and Itch.io. Long time no see humans! Happy New Year! With the new year upon us we are fully aware it’s been far to long since we’ve done a formal update and we know you’ve been waking up every morning eagerly refreshing your Steam pages and Twitter feed looking for some sort of indication as to what the heck is going on with Clash Cup. We have an answer for you… A LOT. Though we haven’t been as active as we’d like on social media, our team has been hard at work getting CCT ready to go out the door. So hold on to your controller because we are about to unload some serious updates! Today, we are proud to announce that we’ve been working to bring that same high-octane gameplay to TWO new single player experiences! The first is Training Mode. In Training Mode you will hone your offensive, defensive, and puck control skills in 3 ALL NEW VR style stages, each of which is uniquely designed to sharpen specific areas of your Clash Cup technique. And it doesn’t stop there: each Training Mode stage has 3 levels of difficulty so it’s fun for even the most seasoned of Clash Cup players and achievement hunters! Here’s an early look at the defensive training in action: Training Mode will be packaged with Clash Cup at launch, as part of the standard game version.
