As I said in the previous Dev Update, I had an update ready to publish that focused on adding requested features from some players.New Features\ Cloud Saving: The game now supports cloud saving. If you change devices (for example, from desktop to Steam Deck), you'll keep all anomalies, items obtained, etc.\ Anomaly Compendium is now accessible during gameplay: If you pause the game mid-run, you can access all the anomalies. It dynamically updates as you play, and you're notified when a new anomaly is registered.\ Speedrun Fast-Restart: Some of my fastest anomaly hunters said that having to go back to the menu if you messed up your speedrun was an annoyance. Hi! GoragarX here. It's been a month since Room 713 was released, and I wanted to talk about how everything went and my future plans regarding this game. But first, I want to sincerely thank everyone who bought and played Room 713 for supporting my work; it means the world to me.It's been... rough.To put it plainly, it's been rough. I spent roughly 7+ months of dev time putting my heart and soul into this project, but despite my efforts, I didn't make it.My goal was to sell 1000 copies, and I'm currently sitting at almost 400. "But Goragar! I've already beaten the demo! Do I have to play again?"Not at all! The game had a flag to check if the player had beaten the demo (to show the feedback window). The game checks that flag and automatically gives you the trophy if you had beaten the demo before.HallucinationsHallucinations that perform special actions (such as teleporting the player to a new location) now perform said actions even if the hallucinations are disabled. Hi! GoragarX here. Good news! Room 713 is now 100% AI free!As you all probably noticed, the current demo version contained AI voices. The deadline for Steam Next Fest was creeping up, and I wasn't able to find any VA who fit my needs (...and budget). As an indie solo dev, you sometimes need to make compromises.Nevertheless, AI voices were merely placeholders. I dislike the use of AI technologies because I believe every human endeavor is best with, well, humans involved.After publishing the first version of the demo, several wonderful people contacted me, and we teamed up to bring the game to life. The glow-up has been massive.You can find all the voice actors' names in the newly added credits section of the main menu. All the merit goes to them :). The update will be published soon, along with some minor changes to the demo.Take care!

I'm super happy to share that the demo has been a success: 400ish people have played it, the wishlist has almost tripled, and the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive.
