• Softlocks & Adjustments - Patch 1.2 - 10 February 2026

  Hello everyone! I have been aware of a weird softlock that can happen in the office when your Boss jumpscares you. The issue happened on certain computers that were running the game at a specific resolution. After messing around, I figured out the issue and HOPEFULLY fixed it! If you happen to run into this issue, if this patch doesn't work, opening the Steam overlay OR Alt + TAB the game will fix it!Fix softlock with boss sliding to jumpscare the playerAdjusted the Killers footsteps to be always heard in the maze for easier gameplaySorry for the many little bugs that may have ruined your experience and hopefully these fixes will also help the next games to not have them reoccur!   Hello once more! I am happy to announce that after receiving a review, the game is PLAYABLE on STEAMDECKS!There is some small thing that needs to be configured when playing but in general, it works smoothly!Since the game wasn't made for controller and can prompt you to click certain keyboard press, there is some need to make slight adjustments during your playthrough when those prompted. • Toggle Post Camera Effects, Bug Fix & Adjustments - Patch 1.1 - 31 January 2026

  After hearing feedbacks, I am now aware that the post processing effects were maybe a little too aggressive to the eyes and therefore, worked a setting option toggle to turn them off. It also made me rethink the way I used those effects and will make sure that future projects are more friendly to the eyes!That and a lot of small bugs and other new quality of life improvements:Added button to remove the Post Processing Effects applied to the cameraFixed a couple more typos in the English versionFixed collisions of certain itemsReduced some voices that were too loud during cutscenesThank you so much for the feedback and let me know if anything else is found!

  I am so glad to announce the game is out right now! There is going to be a 10% OFF sale for one week to celebrate the launch!   I am so excited and happy to announce that Unusual Tales: Deep Below will be coming out to Steam on January 23rd 2026! The time is to be determined but wishlist the game if you haven't already to be one of the first to experience this creation!
