In the next version, we'll add farming mechanics for growing organic resources:We'll also make the Pneuma system much deeper. Pneuma will have different concentrations in the atmosphere, and the collection speed will depend on the concentration. Zones with high Pneuma concentration will negatively affect the character, so you'll need equipment to protect yourself from its effects. Or you can use modules that weaken your resistance but provide significant boosts.We'll add more types of turrets for defending ore mining, new quests, and expand the northern part of the main zone with unique zone mechanics.And last, but not least: a universal tool for killing enemies, defending the mining drill, and gathering trees - train rocket artillery!The full list of features will be included in the update patch notes when the update is released. We are planning to release this update on August 31.

We've updated the demo version and made it available again!To play the demo, press the "Download Demo" button on the right side of the ExoTrain store page.In the demo version, you have access to the entire first zone and part of the second zone. Only first-tier sciences are available. Changed the crafting components of the Anti-Slip System and Engine Overdrive train modules to simpler/cheaper resources. Storage lids stay open after taking all items from a storage (making it easier to detect already looted storages). Fixed an issue where the client could be disconnected after the server loaded a large late-game save. Fixed an issue where buildings on the train would sometimes shift position on the train teleport. Fixed an issue where players couldn't see the flashlights of other characters. Fixed an issue where train headlight switching wasn't synchronized in co-op. Fixed an issue where creature and resource spawners only worked in the current zone, and their timers didn't tick when the zone wasn't loaded. Minor quest interface improvements. Modules can now be recycled into Module Parts. You can use these parts to create new modules after researching Pneuma Engineering.Precise Tools train module added to Advanced Overclocking (T3) research. This module allows you to craft overclocked equipment.Warden bosses now have a chance to drop passive modules.Fixed resource requirements for T3 armor sets (previously they required resources similar to T2 armor).

Fixed UI issues for widescreen displays. The mission for building train modules is now issued earlier, and the cost of the first modules has been reduced. The amount of poison needed for crafting has been reduced slightly, and poison drops are now slightly more common. Fixed a hint about gadgets that didn't hide correctly.Made nights a bit darker. Added a charging station to the first station in the main zone, and charging stations on the level now have more energy. Minor text fixes. Known issue:Train module "Precise Crafting Tools" is available for install, but this module is not working yet.
