• Crosshair EDGE 1.2.9 – New Animator Controls - 6 September 2026

  Preset Animator now supports On Click animations — enable it to trigger the crosshair animation whenever you press the left mouse button, instead of having it play continuously. Hold End can keep the final frame visible after the animation finishes. Workshop items using click-triggered animations now show a mouse icon. Also added Global Opacity and major performance optimizations.

• Update 1.2.8 – Steam Overlay Fix - 31 August 2026

  Fixed an issue where the Steam overlay could open on its own during gameplay, usually a few seconds after opening the app menu. - Workshop crosshair lists no longer trigger a burst of Steam client user lookups while a game is running - Avatars are now loaded from the Steam Community web profile while in game, so nothing changes visually - Added negative caching so the same user is never requested repeatedly - Skipped lookups are issued later, once no game is being overlaid - Added diagnostics logging for unexpected overlay activations

• HEX Color Input Update - 1 June 2026

  Added HEX color input support for crosshair color customization. Users can now enter colors manually using HEX values such as #FF0000 or FF0000. This update was added based on user feedback. Thank you!
