Short description

Secret of the Boarding House is a first-person psychological horror game where you play as a journalist determined to uncover one of the darkest secrets of the Soviet past. Your protagonist sets out to investigate an abandoned boarding house to discover the truth behind the mysterious disappearances of children that took place there decades ago — and to finish his article. However, he never reaches his destination: a car accident cuts the journey short. When he regains consciousness, the journalist finds himself inside an unfinished building on the boarding house grounds. Now he must traverse dark corridors filled with nightmares, uncover chilling secrets from the past, and fight for survival.
