  Hello everybody!This is a small update, particularly aimed at improving the third story level. It also fixes the level selection gates on the main menu not opening when they should.Work was started on the procedural level generator version 2, but it's still not done yet.There might be one more small update coming soon, but if not, then the next update for sure will feature the new content I have planned.Stay tuned!

  Hello everybody! This was a major stability update.Here are the changes since the v0.3.1 public release:There were a couple of spots within the story levels that proved to be problematic. Those have since been corrected. Multiple under-the-hood errors involving actor references have also been mitigated and battle cams are more likely to be disabled when they need to be.In other news...The Living Shapes Editor has been fully updated and the inability to load custom levels was also fixed. This means that future Editor progress can now be spent on getting it public-ready. Hurray!I still have plans to add newer generator versions for procedural levels, so as long as more bugs are not found and reported, I can keep making progress there in hopes of them being featured in the next update.See y'all later!

  Hello everybody! Bug fixes ahoy!Reduced minimum shape damage from 25% of intended value to 5%.Improved the relationship between teleporting and battle cameras.Fixed the player not spawning as completely perpendicular to the camera in non-3D mode.Fixed improperly placed cubes sometimes appearing on the main menu (and maybe other places).A few other minor things.This will be the last update until new procedural generators are implemented, unless other bugs are found and reported.   Hello everybody! There are several big additions, so let's go through them all.Experimental Map Pack 1There are several new levels based around random concepts I've had. The levels themselves have been ready for a while, but putting together the music for each of them was a slowdown. However, this is the second map pack after the Concept Development levels.Procedural LevelsThis was a gamemode I've had planned for a while, and now it has been implemented in a basic form. The current level generator (version 1) is rather basic, but it has all the necessary backend work to create more interesting levels later.Each generator version works independently from one another. This allows for new generators to be added in the future, without changing old ones. Like a seed from a particular generator?   Hello everybody! We have one more update before the new year. And at last, both the main game and the demo have parity with each other.There is a brand new anti-overlap system for the moving platforms that travel between two points. Players are now far more unlikely to get squashed, after many, many months of not having a solution for this.Controller icons rendered within the world are no longer super bright and fixed yet another critical issue with the 8th story level. Hurray!With the biggest issues at launch now corrected, the next update will focus on new content. Expect another set of bonus levels and new gamemodes.See y'all in the new year!

  Hello everybody! Don't worry about 0.2.0. There was a major oversight...So what's worth mentioning?Added a manual respawn system as an extension of the anti-softlock system.Removed nearly every shape size limiter, now that the player can respawn.The player is no longer invincible. Due to this, the health of some shapes have been adjusted.Did a lot of background work on an upcoming alternate gamemode.Fixed many issues with the battle cam usage and relationship with the sky background.Added proper icons for different controllers.Added more assets intended to be used with the Editor.Re-rendered many of the older instrument samples. This corrects the samples that had premature cutoff.   Hello everybody! This is the first post-launch update. There are only a few notable changes.Unlocked a few bonus levels that originally needed polishing. Added a proper autosave icon.Improved the anti-overlap functionality with moving platforms.Minor anti-softlock improvements throughout the main story levels.A fair amount of background work was done for upcoming levels.Coming up next are more level improvements and further work towards preventing the player from getting stuck in various situations.Stay tuned!
