About this game
Keepers: Fractured Realities is a partially voiced supernatural mystery visual novel set in a world where reality is quietly breaking apart, and the organisation managing that fact just recruited you against your will. Characters Synopsis There's a simple three-step plan for celebrating the end of exams. Step 1: Go to an izakaya. Step 2: Drink just a little too much, but not enough to black out. Step 3: Try not to get caught in the middle of a fracture in reality. Asahi and Wren failed step three. Spectacularly. On the walk home, they stumble into a reality fracture and cross paths with the Stalker, a predatory entity that has been hunting the streets of Hanafuda for weeks. The creature has found fresh prey. They don't make it out intact. They wake up in a hospital. Asahi's own family sells them a tidy lie about a drunken stumble down a staircase. But Wren and Asahi know what they saw. They break into their doctor's office, find the file, and discover the truth: the hospital staff knows exactly what attacked them, and has been covering it up. Before they can process this, they're caught by Raechal , the composed and formidable right hand of Daiki , Asahi's older brother, and a man Asahi hates with the passion of a thousand suns. It turns out the Stalker was Raechal's case to handle. She found them first. She brings the two before Daiki, who decides the cleanest solution is the boldest one: Join the Keepers.
