- Roadmap - 25 September 2026
Here is the official Roadmap for Craft. Sell. Goblin. Repeat. The roadmap will be updated as development progresses. The implementation order may change, and some features may be added or left out depending on how the game evolves.Your comments, ideas and suggestions are a very important part of deciding where the game goes next. I read and take your feedback into account when planning future updates.Thank you so much. Let’s keep being goblins together!
- Version 0.5.11 - Small Update - 24 September 2026
Slightly reduced the spawn rate of all NPCs, especially explorers and customers. Slightly increased customer movement speed. The Ice Wall Torch no longer requires Iron Ingots. It now requires Ice Sticks.
- Version 0.5.10 - Move Items - 16 September 2026
Improvements Added a new button for moving objects. This feature allows you to relocate objects individually without having to destroy them. This is especially useful for objects with an inventory, such as chests, as you no longer need to empty their contents into your own inventory before moving them, avoiding the need to make multiple trips. Balance Slightly reduced the cost of purchasing new land.
- Version 0.5.9 - Fixes and Reputation Balance - 11 September 2026
Improvements NPCs now prioritize delivering materials to storage areas that have that specific resource assigned to them. If none are available, they will look for storage areas with no resource assigned. Balance Slightly reduced the amount of reputation required to increase the shop's reputation level. Bug Fixes Fixed an issue that could incorrectly remove weapon recipes from the map. Fixed several issues in the counter panel that only occurred when using a gamepad.
- Version 0.5.8 - Runes fixes - 10 September 2026
Bug Fixes Fixed an issue where removing a display stand containing two Ice weapons could incorrectly change the runes on those weapons. Fixed an issue with reminders where, if you had two or more Ice weapons of the same type but with different runes and crafted one of them, the information of multiple reminders could be incorrectly modified. Fixed an issue where the calendar would group Ice weapons of the same type together even when they had different runes.
- Version 0.5.7 - Fixes - 9 September 2026
New Features From the new customer offer panel, you can now click on the image of the weapon they want to purchase to add it directly to the reminder list. Increased the size of the interaction colliders for several objects in the game, making them easier to interact with. Slightly reduced the volume of NPC footsteps. Bug Fixes Fixed an issue that prevented customers with new offers from correctly displaying the dialogue bubble showing which weapon they wanted to purchase. Fixed an issue that could cause builders to stop working when a wall display stand had no available path. Fixed several issues related to the sound effects in the Rune minigame. Fixed an issue that caused the crafting completion sound of distant builders to be heard. Fixed the tab selection button highlighting in the crafting panel.
- Version 0.5.6 - Gamepad Improvements and Fixes - 8 September 2026
New Features The game now automatically switches between gamepad and keyboard/mouse depending on the input device being used. The button that allowed you to manually select gamepad mode has been removed. Removed several Unity dependencies that could cause warnings or errors on some systems. Doors no longer count as decorations. Bug Fixes Interacting with certain objects is now disabled while specific panels are open, preventing potential issues. Fixed several gamepad-related issues, including default button selection in some panels and certain transitions. Fixed an issue that allowed wall decorations to be placed on top of other wall decorations.
- Version 0.5.5 - NPCs behavior and Fixes - 6 September 2026
New Features All NPCs can now pick up and deliver items from the sides of objects as well. When an NPC cannot deliver an item to a specific location, they will now continue trying other valid locations until all available options have been exhausted. Only then will they drop the item on the ground. Added a new option that allows you to choose whether the game continues running while in the background. Bug Fixes Builders with the "Maintain Item Stock" option enabled, when assigned to a Runesmith Forge, now correctly check the weapon's affixes when determining whether they should continue crafting. Ice weapon reminders with different affixes are now displayed as separate reminders, even when they are for the same base weapon. Ice weapons with an incorrect number of affixes can no longer be added to reminders. Ice weapons must have exactly 2 affixes. Fixed the quest tracker text size.
- Version 0.5.4 - More Storage Space and Bug Fixes - 5 September 2026
New FeaturesChests and wooden crates (except cardboard boxes) now have a usable inventory with 20 slots, twice as many as cardboard boxes! Because of this, chests and wooden crates no longer count as decorations.Bug FixesBuilders with the "Maintain Item Stock" option enabled will no longer have the option disabled after finishing a build or display a question mark above their heads. When a builder is crafting a material and has no valid place to deliver it, they will now leave the crafted items on the ground and continue crafting normally.Crafting reminders are now correctly saved when saving the game and restored when loading a save.Fixed an issue that prevented Iron and Ice doors from being placed correctly.Fixed an issue where doors could turn into doors from other Tiers when being placed.
- Version 0.5.3 - Fixes - 4 September 2026
Sellers will no longer fetch weapons for customers, as this was causing numerous issues. I may re-enable this feature in the future. Fixed an issue where having many display stands could cause multiple buildings to appear selected and incorrectly display their output. After three years of work, Craft. Sell. Goblin. Repeat. is now available in Early Access! This first version includes all of the game's main mechanics fully playable, along with the first 3 Tiers:Wood TierIron and Gold TierIce TierWhat will happen during Early Access?During the first updates, I will focus on fixing any bugs that may appear. The game has already gone through several playtests and a demo, where it was greatly polished thanks to your reports and feedback. Even so, inevitably, by putting the game in the hands of many more people and with much more content than in the demo, new bugs or things that need improvement will appear. Once I consider the game to be in a good state, we will move on to the next phase: improving and expanding the game. When that moment comes, I would like to publish an official Roadmap with the changes I want to add in the future. But until then, I want…
- Release date! - 27 July 2026
Dear Goblins,After 3 years of development, the time has finally come... Craft. Sell. Goblin. Repeat. Will launch in Early Access on September 1st!The journey has been much longer than I originally expected. I guess I made the classic rookie developer mistake: underestimating how long it takes to make a game, even though I knew perfectly well that I shouldn't.Since the first Playtest launched in November 2025, the game has changed a lot.I've redesigned mechanics that weren't working as well as they should, polished the game's visuals and UI over and over again, added planned content like the Iron Tier and the Ice Tier (both of which will be available from day one of Early Access), and also introduced completely new features that weren't part of my original plans, such as Quests and Events.Over these past months I've fixed hundreds of bugs (I'm not exaggerating), thanks to all the feedbac…
