Classic Blackjack – Update v1.1.4 New Features • Added a Shuffle Banner when the shoe is reshuffled or the deck setting is changed, so it’s clear when a new shoe starts. • Added shuffle sound effects to match the banner for extra feedback and casino feel. • Added on-table card counting info (running count and true count based on the current deck setting). - Clarification on deck rules & fair shuffle - 30 November 2025
Hi everyone,Just a quick note to clear up a few questions I’ve seen about rules and “is the deck rigged?”.Deck options: You can choose to play with 1, 6 or 8 decks. The house edge changes slightly depending on the deck count, just like in a real casino, but the basic rules stay the same.Shuffle & fairness: Each shoe is built, then shuffled once using a standard unbiased Fisher–Yates shuffle (this is a common algorithm used in digital card games). The game then just deals from that shoe in order.The deck is never reordered mid-shoe, the game doesn’t look at your bet size, and there is no hidden “cheat AI” to force wins or losses. Hey everyone,Just a quick post to say the Blackjack Trainer – Initial Deal DLC is now live.This little add-on focuses only on the first two cards and the dealer’s upcard, so you can drill those first decisions over and over without having to sit through full hands all the time. Fixed chip size so flying chips better match the chips in the betting circles.Fixed chip animations for bets, splits and doubles so they move and disappear correctly.Fixed split hand logic so multiple splits behave correctly and no longer leave the player stuck.Fixed card layouts for split hands so cards sit in the right positions and don’t overlap.Added a central Deal button so players can keep dealing even when Steam achievement banners appear near the bottom of the screen.

A few days ago we rolled out Steam achievements for Classic Blackjack — and they’re now running perfectly in-game.Here’s a screenshot from a live session showing one of the achievement pop-ups in action (“Seasoned” – play 25 total hands). It’s been great seeing players unlock their first milestones already.Thanks again for all the early support and feedback since launch. Next step is polishing up the upcoming Trainer DLC for those who want to sharpen their opening strategy even further.
