It is time for a major expansion! Our latest update, timed for the Medieval Fest, brings three massive pillars to the game: We now have Dynamic Factions on the World Map, Companion Context Menus, and a huge collection of New Medieval Helms. Because so much has changed, I’m running a 15% discount to celebrate. Whether you are leading a solo beast or a full warband, the new sandbox mechanics will completely change how you play.Big Features & ContentMany New Helms Added: Prepare to equip your warband with a variety of new headgear! Note: If you encounter further issues, please report the specific steps to reproduce the bug, as I am monitoring this fix closely.Skill Tree Persistence: Fixed a bug where upgrading a skill and then selecting "Retry Level" failed to reset the Skill Tree. - The Release & The Road Ahead - 11 March 2026
🕹️ A Note from the Developer & the RoadmapThe release date has come sooner than I would have liked. As a solo developer with real financial limitations, I had to launch earlier than I had planned. This is not the version I dreamed of shipping. There is more content I want to add, and I want the game to feel more complete before calling it a real release. But, Early Access exists exactly for this kind of journey, and I want to be honest with you about where things stand. With your support, I can keep building and make this into something I am truly proud of. Here is what I am working on right now:Horses: Including horse armor and caparisons.Helms: Adding helms is trickier than it sounds. To fit a chainmail coif with/without a kettle helm on a character, I first need to make each character bald separately, so I can hide the hair when a helm is worn and bring the hair back when the helm is…

I can decrease it if requested) and in a direct line of sight.Stability: Eliminated a rare potential crash that occurred when encountering a warband.Dungeon Systems: Fixed an issue where dungeon states were not saving correctly. The entrance button was using an outdated system that failed to record the Encounter ID, causing the save state to fail. - The Demo is Here! Exploring a Living World - 12 February 2026
The Public Demo is officially here! We are now exactly one month away from the full release on March 11, 2026.Creating this game has been a long process of following my own "greedy" instincts as a player. I wanted a dungeon crawler that offered more freedom and realism, so I built a feature-rich world that I would enjoy playing myself. This resulted in an interesting twist on the Dungeon-Crawler genre. My mission now is to ensure it becomes just as content-rich over time. Now, with just one month to go, Check out the demo today and experience that vision for yourself. 🗺️ A More Immersive World MapI have spent a lot of time replacing placeholder art with final handcrafted designs since the previous update, to show you exactly how I want this world to look and feel.Visual Overhaul: Each location on the World Map has received a significant visual (& textual, lore-based) update. You’ll now…
- The Warpath Update: Your Party Just Got Bigger! - 23 December 2025
I’ll be honest: the game has evolved into a state I didn’t originally plan for, but it’s exactly the kind of game I’ve always wanted to play. I kept asking myself: "Would a sane person really raid a dangerous dungeon alone?" The answer is no. You would gather as many friends as possible, maybe a warband. I wanted that sense of realism, so I refused to limit the party size. Whether you are underground or on the surface, your entire warband can fight by your side. But, these surface skirmishes naturally led me to think more about larger battles soon. I love playing Battle Brothers, but managing too many 'bros' in a single skirmish can become exhausting, especially when there are too many enemies, encounters stretch to 30 or 60 minutes. I wanted that same epic scale, but with a much more fluid and fast-paced flow. Here is the result:I’ve been working many days and nights on this new squad s…
