MDT is a fast-paced side-scroller shooter filled with violence and dread. You don't really know why, but you keep going through hordes of humanoid, and not so much, enemies that inhabit this world. A world that seems both dead and alive at the same time. What for? - It's up to you to decide. Violence There are plenty of ways in which you can destroy your enemies: good old guns, melee weapons, grenades, kicking, exploding barrels and more to come! Serious damage = serious consequences, humanoid enemies can be gibed and completely exploded if you deal enough damage in one blow. All these rules also apply to you... Creativity Play in your own style, almost all weapons are viable in their own way. With weapon attachments, player customization and the ability to unlock and buy cosmetics and guns in the future (and with mod support for all of that on top) - the only limit for how to cause havoc is your imagination.
