• v0.7.7 – Character Voices, Building Signage, Weather and New Crimes - 30 September 2026

  NEWNPCs now have unique voices. Talk to any character and they sound different from the last one. The entire voice system has been rebuilt from scratch to give every conversation its own personality.Every building in town now has a signage board outside its entrance with a graphic unique to its type. Walk through the town and you can tell what each building is before you even get close.Trees now sway in the wind. Trunks lean, canopies flutter, gusts roll across the town. The world feels like it breathes. Five new crime items in the crime scene pool: antique globe, oscillating fan, pool noodle box, towel stack, and water cooler jug. Each with its own pickup sound. Silly Suspects is in Early Access and will receive continuous updates and bug fixes throughout its journey. Now, here's what changed: NEW - 29 Steam achievements added. Complete the tutorial, solve cases on every difficulty, find the golden toilet, complete friendship challenges, collect characters, and more. Your progress syncs through Steam and carries across sessions. IMPROVEMENTS - Crime scene evidence now fades in as you get closer rather than being visible from across the map. Easier to spot when it matters, less clutter when it doesn't. - News article clicks in the menu are now more responsive.
