• Gerrymap 1.2 is out! - 14 January 2026

  Hello Gerryheads and patriots! Update 1.2 is now out, and has brought UI improvements and a lot more elections in Sandbox Mode for all 48 states. Each now has Presidential, Senatorial, and Gubernatorial elections from 1976 to 2000.I talked more about specific changes in the beta post: 26% of the people who launched the game recently opted into the beta branch, thanks for trying out the update!!

• Gerrymap 1.2 Beta - 12 January 2026

  Hello Gerryheads and Patriots! Update 1.2 has brought a few changes to the UI, more elections for Sandbox Mode, and other things!But before I get into the details, this update will initially only be available by right clicking Gerrymap in your Steam library, pressing "Properties...", and going to the Betas section, and opt into the beta. Why? I'd like to use the 250 Gerrymap players to make sure I didn't break anything before rolling out the update. And there should always be a fallback. • Gerrymap 1.1.1 is out! - 27 December 2025

  Hello Gerryheads and patriots! Gerrymap 1.1.1 has brought 6 states (now lacking only Alaska and Hawaii) and 1988-1994 Senate and Gubernatorial elections to sandbox mode. Georgia is a little easier.Painting with the Race category no longer lags the game.The portals in Atlanta, Philadelphia, and a few other places have subsided. It is now SAFE to leave your homes!!

  Hello Gerryheads and patriots!I have been working on 1.1, it contains a few major things (along with minor changes): Save/Load, a Sandbox Mode with ALL 42 US states, and the addition of Mississippi, Alabama, and Virginia to the "Story Mode."Save/LoadSelf-explanatory.Sandbox ModeYou have access to most of the states with their presidential election results for 1976-1992. There's no objectives or anything; just play around with it.Small issues exist in some of the 42 states that are in Sandbox Mode. As pictured, Arizona does not have any data for La Paz county for presidential elections in 1980 and 1976. This is because the county was formed in 1983, so their votes are all in Yuma, directly below it.
