Technical ChangesIdentified and fixed a CPU bottleneck that was causing levels with certain entity types to experience graphical slowdown (e.g. Laser Trap, Switch Madness, The Grinder)More asset loading moved to background threads, which should result in fewer frame dropsChanged the way that compiled levels are shipped to be slightly more compactChanges to the rendering backend to not only improve support for older Vulkan devices, but also to make use of newer Vulkan features when availableCertain errors during startup will now display error details instead of silently crashingLowered the MacOS requirement to 12.7, though a Metal 2 capable GPU is still requiredFixed some timing issues on MacOS, which should result in fewer frame drops and less gameplay slowdownHopefully fixed a rare crash bug that could occur on certain drivers while trying to set up the swapchainOverhauled the tilemap…

  • Bounce On Coming Soon! - 9 March 2026

Just to continue the good news we're sharing with you all today, Bounce On has been progressing well on internal testing, and similarly to GravBot, we will be taking playtest signups to assist in the prerelease. The playtest will again be a mostly complete version of the game, and will share progress with the final release, so you won't have to start over if you want to get in on it early. There's still a lot in the pipe for us, so we hope to have even more news for you soon.

  • GravBot is landing March 17th! - 9 March 2026

It's been quite the interesting road getting here, but we're pleased to announce that GravBot will be available for purchase on March 17th. Anybody who participated in the playtest should be able to carry over their progress to the full release. We have some post-launch plans we hope to talk about in more detail before too long, but for now, we hope you'll enjoy twisting gravity to your will!

  • Playtest Limited Signups Open! - 21 January 2026

While we aren't ready to commit to a release date just yet, the game has progressed far enough that we will be opening up playtesting to the public on a limited basis. Signups are currently open and will be taken on a randomized basis, hopefully as soon as this week. The playtest will provide a mostly feature complete version of the game, but there are still a handful of features missing. Notably, achievement progress cannot be directly shared with the main release, though cloud data will be. There are also a handful of visual and audio issues that need addressing. Please report any issues you have to Steam Discussions or to the support email. The initial release of the playtest will support Windows and OSX directly. Steam Deck has not received enough testing to know for sure one way or the other just yet, but initial trials from internal testing are promising. A native Linux build is pla…
