  Coin achievements which were "progress" based are now changed to simple achievements and should be unlocked properly when the coin amount are collected Steam didn't seem to like rapid-firing quick updates for the achievement stat - as a quick fix, decided to make them "normal" achievements Some coins did not spawn properly in the world, this is now adressed and 100 coins should be collectable without issues.
