- Bladestar - Version 1.1 - 2 January 2018
Greetings Pilots! Today we have a patch for Bladestar that adds additional Steam functionality. Most importantly we now support Steam Achievements. While the game has always had its own Achievement system that earns you XP to unlock Upgrades, many of you had expressed interest in these being official Steam Achievements as well. Now they have been integrated with Steam. The changes include: Added Steam Achievement support for the already existing in-game Achievements. Steam Leaderboard added. Added in-game link to the Steam Leaderboards from the "Extras" Menu. Moved "Upgrades" to the Main Menu so that it was easier for players to find where to spend their XP. Reduced the Bloom on World 3 to increase visibility. Several very minor balance tweaks. This should now be the final version of the game. We hope you enjoy the changes. Greetings Pilots! The game has always tracked your own personal high score. But how do you rank against other players? Well now you can finally find out. To celebrate the new year Bladestar now supports Steam Leaderboards. Now you can finally rate your highscore against everyone that has played since the leaderboard went live to start the new year of 2018. You can also now link to the leaderboard from within the game.
