The level design work on the first location is more-or-less complete now.Demo 1.4.0 & 1.4.1 log:Added HUD info about secured and non-deposited salvage score.Level design work - the first map is almost complete.More fixes for upgrading backpacks and transfering items.Fixed enemies dead positon defaulting to ground level instead of accurate floor level.

With the help of the amazing Steam support I've changed the game's name to The Hopeless Few, which hopefully represents what the game's about at first glance more than the old name.Alongside I've updated all the capsule art and such, along with the in-game logo - which means another patch. As the Steam Next Fest is getting closer, I'm updating the public demo build. Please let me know if you have any feedback or thoughts at this point - it's very helpful as when solo-developing you can easily miss stuff due to the way you get used to play.Patch log:Added Acid Spray on hit for the Fat Infected. Lowered his movement speed.Added some player animations (weapon equipped, unequipping weapon, crouching in place).Added gates between layer 1 and 2 of the grid. They need to be opened with a remote control panel that can be found nearby.Some fixes and tweaks to animations / camera work.Player character visual changes.
