The team at Throwback is gearing up to run Community Play Dates from January 8th to February 12th, during this time players will have a chance to earn the coveted "Kill the Dev" achievement. Hey guys! Hope you all had a lovely Christmas and are kicking 2018 off right. It's been a year since we had Miner Meltdown's first online alpha, and it's crazy to think how far the game has come since then. A few things to announce: On Feb 1, the initial "Potato Skin" launch skin will be making a temporary comeback! Play anytime in Feb to unlock this limited edition skin. Miner Meltdown's soundtrack produced by Bob Baffy is now available on our Steam page. Check it out! It's pretty darn catchy. I've been working on a new game-mode! It's taking a bit longer than expected, but I'll hopefully have some details on that soon so sit tight! I may need some testers so be sure to join our Discord community. Also, We're 5 reviews short of hitting that magic 50 number. Reviews good or constructive are always appreciated! Cheers!! - James

Lots of updates since Miner Meltdown transitioned out of Early Access in August! 1.1.0.1 Trading cards added! - Collect packs to earn some pretty cool badges, emoticons, and custom backgrounds. - There's also a new hot fix live that updated the default secondary weapon to work with left-control on the keyboard 1.1.0.2 - Improved initial load time ..1.1.0.4: - Mini-map upgrades: You can now see your teammates, chests that you've found, and merchants on the mini-map. - You can also ping areas of the mini-map to alert your teammates. - Also added an optional inverted controls toggle in the settings (it was requested so that up/down while roping can be reversed). - Fixed a long standing bug where clicking the mini-map stops your weapon from firing! - Leaderboards have been reset for the month!
