Here's the full list:New Features* Special Patients: Some patients leave you notes, and your conscience decides what happens next. Do they really need help, or are they just going to spread infection? Uncertainty...* Blacklist! Some patients may seem problem-free, but they may have caused problems for authorities before. Don't forget to check the blacklist!* Fake Document Checks Start on Day Three.
