• For the Glory 1.3 is released! - 11 November 2024

  Exactly 15 years after For the Glory 1.0 comes the FTG 1.3 update! Players who had switched to the 1.3 beta channel are encouraged to switch back to the main update channel to receive the update. This is a major content update with multiple new systems, new scenarios, an expanded timeline, user interface improvements, and new map modes. For those already on the beta channel, this is mainly a bugfix and stabilization update. For those who hadn't tried the beta patches, here are some of the major changes you'll find since 1.2 (which itself is over 14 years old).   Hello, Steam players! We at Crystal Empire Games have not been idle since the last official patch 1.2 was released. In fact, we've built and released over a dozen beta patches on the Paradox forums in the last dozen years. But until now, the only way to acquire a beta patch was to download a zipped file from our website and extract it manually. But as of today, 1.3 beta patches will be available in a Steam beta channel! To receive the current beta patch: Open your steam library, find "For the Glory: A Europa Universalis Game" in the list of your games, then right click on it and select "Properties". In the Properties, select the "Beta" tab and select "1.3_beta_sep_2024" in the dropdown.
