• Sorry - 11 September 2026

  The game is still under review by Steam, and the build has not been approved yet. Because the build needs to be approved before I can release the game, I’m unfortunately unable to release it as planned I’m really sorry, especially after the previous delay. I know many of you have been waiting for the game for a long time but there’s nothing I can do right now except wait for the review. I've set the release date to September 2026 and will announce the exact date when the game is approved. You can ask me any of your questions through Steam or Discord. I also want to say that these delays really upset me as well, because I’ve been working on this game for a long time. And thank you to everyone who has supported me in the comments. I’m reading all of them, and your support really motivates me especially during these times.🙂❤️

• Still Waiting - 9 September 2026

  Hey I'm still waiting for Steam's review for the release. I've sent the build for the second time last week for them to approve, but I haven't received a response yet. So I'm getting a little worried because if they don't approve the build within the next 2 days, I won't be able to release the game on time. And at this point there is nothing I can do except waiting 😕Just wanted to share it. I'll keep you guys updated

• Waiting for Steam's approvel! - 8 September 2026

  Hey everyone! I just wanted to share a quick update about the game I've sent the games build to Steam for approval last week and I'm currently waiting for their response. If everything goes as expected, the game will be released this Friday! (Or Saturday, depending on your timezone.) I don't expect anything to go wrong, but I wanted to share this now just in case, so you know what to expect. After the last delay was announced quite late, I thought it would be better to keep you guys updated this time. I'll continue to keep you guys updated if anything changes. Hopefully, everything goes as planned, and I'll see you all on Friday! :)

  Hey everyone! We have some important news for Backrooms Protocol As you know, Backrooms Protocol was supposed to be released today. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get the game to the point where I wanted it to be. So I delayed the game by 2 weeks. The release date now September 11 I know a lot of guys have been waiting for the game. I'm really sorry, I’ve learned again that releasing a game is way harder than it looks, especially when you’re developing a game on your own. I really hope you guys can understand me and the situation. This delay will allow me to make Backrooms Protocol a much better experience, with more content and far fewer bugs. 🙏 But the good news is, There is a giveaway happening right now on our Discord server!   Hey everyone! I know it's been a while since the last post. And I also know a lot of you are waiting for the demo. I'm really sorry about all the delays, trust me it's been even more frustrating for me not being able to release it.
