  Boba Buba v4.0.1 Patch Notes - Endless Polish This update adds more Endless goals and gives players better control over story-stage visibility. Added 10 new high-score Endless achievements, extending milestone goals up to 6,000,000 points. Added a Story BG Fade setting so players can tune story background brightness. Updated the default story background fade for new settings to improve playfield readability. Improved settings persistence and validation for volume, visuals, fullscreen, and story fade values. Refreshed Steam achievement icon assets for the expanded Endless achievement set.

  We've listened and made some updates to the core Boba Buba experience. Added Endless Mode Achievements for scores past 1,000,000 going up to 6,000,000 in 500,000 increments! Good luck! Theres now a slider in Settings menu that will reduce the brightness of the Story mode backdrops to allow for better contrast if needed for some players.Update goes live 18:00 BST 21/06/26

  Boba Buba is finally here Today is a very personal milestone for me: Boba Buba is now released on Steam. I made this game as a solo developer, mostly during weekends and late nights after work. It has been one of those projects that quietly takes over your life in the best way: little fixes after dinner, ideas scribbled down during the day, builds tested when I probably should have been sleeping. Releasing a commercial game has been a lifelong passion of mine, and getting to this point feels surreal. Boba Buba may be a small game, but it carries a huge amount of care, effort, stubbornness, and love from me.   Boba Buba v4.0.0 Patch Notes - Launch Build Boba Buba v4.0.0 rolls in the latest story, music, credits, leaderboard, and platform polish for the public launch build. Expanded and polished Story Mode dialogue across the campaign. Improved dialogue flow, including smoother skip and advance behavior.   This patch refreshes story dialogue and makes dialogue sequences easier to move through.- Added a hold-to-skip option for dialogue, with a visible progress bar.- Dialogue skipping now supports keyboard, pointer, and gamepad advance inputs.- Revised story dialogue across the campaign to give boss encounters and the ending more clarity.- Polished dialogue and screen layout sizing for the fixed game stage.- Updated the level 15 boss display name to “Iced Strawberry & Cream”.- Packaged and verified fresh Windows and Linux Steam builds for this update.
