What is HexSwarm? HexSwarm: Hostile Worlds is a co-op strategy board game. You and 1 to 5 of your friends are tasked with colonizing a hostile alien planet. Your have a number of buildings, research, and unique mecha pilots at your disposal to complete this task. Can you survive the swarm? The Planet Every game is played on a uniquely generated map. It all begins in the center, with your settlement. Every turn, you'll be drawing Trapezoid-Shaped Tiles to place. These non-standard tiles lead to unusual, unique, challenging, and innovative experiences. They drive your expansion as you clear bugs and rocks, remove hives, and construct mines, labs, and turrets to keep your economy growing and safe. But don't forget the power plants to keep it all running. The Team Take on one of 7 Unique roles, each with distinctive art for both the mechs and their pilots. Analyst - Optimized for defense and adaptation, help the team by cycling cards for cheap, and providing extra defense to your base structures. Biologist - Optimized for SCIENCE! The Biologist will make sure your team can afford every piece of tech their hearts desire. Constructor - Optimized for optimizing, the constructor brings the ability to build remotely and cheaply.
