• 0.2.0 The Radio Update - 18 June 2026

  - Added new radio stations and songs.- The radio is now sorted into stations based on the general genre of music. Pressing R will cycle through radio stations (with their names shown first). Once you decide on a station, the music being played will be shown shortly after with credits to the artist. If you want to listen to a different song in the same genre of station, you can cycle through stations to randomly shuffle the song being played, though the order of songs will remain the same.- Stations include the following:Nonstop Synth Beats (Music by Lentrinia, Balduf's Temple, & JGL)JazzFunk Jones Collection (Music by Balduf's Temple & JGL)AmbientDrift Radio (Music by Shava457 & JGL)Rock-It FM (Music by Balduf's Temple) With more songs (and possibly stations) to come! - Nerfed enemy health, should be much easier to dispatch them now.- Added discord and survey button to pause menu.

• Attention Playtesters! - 15 May 2026

  BURNTCRUST's first playtest is almost ready! Make sure to request access on the store page if you haven't yet, and join the discord to get more info about the starting time, as well as the game's overall progress. This early playtest will be for testing bugs, general gameplay feel and direction, and to understand the player expectations as well as any major mistakes to avoid / fix before the final release. Feedback-wise, I've been working on a simple survey so players can give their feedback to me directly (and so I can gauge a few specific aspects about the game), but feedback and bug reporting on any platform (Discord, Steam discussions, etc.) would also be greatly appreciated as well. This should improve performance when a large number of locations are spawned at the same time.Limited max number of job delivery locations active at a time (currently set to 5). Oldest one is deleted when a new one spawns, similar to the other system added for other locations. BugsMinimum gap between job locations added, so jobs now never spawn on top of each other (hopefully).BalanceIncreased visibility of one enemy.

  OptimisationThere are now a maximum number of regions, points of interest, and levels that can be spawned at a time (4 regions, 7 points of interest, 12 mid-job levels).
