• Dedicated Demo Store Page Now Live - 22 August 2026

  A dedicated Steam store page for the Genshi Tenken Institute demo is now live. You can now post reviews for the demo as well. View the demo store page About the Demo Until now, the demo was available through the main game's store page. We have now opened a dedicated store page for the demo. If you have already played the demo, we would greatly appreciate it if you shared a review or your thoughts. What's Next With this update, we plan to bring major updates to the demo to a close for the time being. From here, we will focus more fully on development of the full version while carrying the feedback and improvements identified through the demo into the final game. If serious issues such as progression blockers or save data corruption are found, we will continue to address them in the demo as well.   The Genshi Tenken Institute demo has been updated. This update focuses on improvements to the Anomaly Codex and Manual, along with the following fixes. Improved the Anomaly Codex display Fixed the unread “!” indicator that appears when new information is revealed, as well as how viewed information is tracked. We also revised text shown before an Anomaly’s official name is revealed, along with the wording used when information is disclosed through observation or analysis. Updated parts of the Manual Added explanations to the “Battle Flow” section covering individual Personnel selection, drag selection, and command numbers such as “1-1” and “1-2.” We also revised several descriptions and standardized the Japanese label for Personnel HP as “耐久” (Durability).
