Strata is a scientifically inspired astro-planetary sandbox where you influence the formation and evolution of entire worlds — your worlds. Discover, gather, and build on the surfaces of diverse planets, explore them in depth, and manage your systems beyond the orbital levels.
About this game
Game features fully procedural universe that dynamically evolves with time and your actions. You start from primordial soup of elements, clumping into asteroids, proto-planets, eventually stars... Game features 4 progressive zoom levels each with unique gameplay elements, each taking you deeper into the cosmos. On the planets surface you explore the world in 1st / 3rd person perspective. Game does not aim to recreate our universe! It uses simplified mechanics from our Universe to construct deep, engaging and meaningful gameplay. Strata focuses on physically-driven processes instead of scripted gameplay loops. Current Features The game targets to supports LAN multiplayer cooperative play up to 4 players.
