This update - pre-alpha v0.52 - will be auto-applied the next time you restart your Steam client, and focuses on HUD changes.HUD ChangesThe HUD from the launch build (v0.5) was very text heavy:Non-numerical text has now been replaced with icons and tooltips:These changes have been propagated to all related assets. In celebration of this fact, you can now grab the free "Day 1 Demo" for Steam (PC). This update - pre-alpha v0.51 - will be auto-applied the next time you restart your Steam client and includes the following changes:Fixed-up a background issue observed in the Main Menu at 1280 x 1024 (5:4)Fixed-up a resolution toggling delay issue observed in OptionsFixed-up endgame issue observed in a specific player stateFixed-up incorrect font being used in lander interfaceRock and crate destruction now spawns explosionsTreasure and fuel extractions are now animatedYour existing save-game should be unaffected.To celebrate 4 x weeks since launch, a "day 1 demo" will go live tomorrow (26th June 2026) and also includes the aforementioned changes.
