Story Introduction Protagonist Lin Xingtong, after experiencing a series of major misfortunes, prepares to end his own life. His subconscious resistance and sorrow once again draw the attention of a deity, and ultimately, influenced by divine grace, he stops his act of self-destruction. Upon waking again, he sees a mysterious girl, visible only to him, who calls herself Xingyu. Xingyu claims that the deity created her in response to Lin Xingtong's longing, and that she was born for him. However, the former also covets the latter's body and harbors great malice towards him. Nevertheless, what is happening now still makes Lin Xingtong begin to hope for the future. Yes, those blessed by the gods will ultimately have their wishes fulfilled. So, what is the price? World Background The Cosmic Fusion Event caused partial changes to the laws of physics on a macroscopic level. A certain star system unfortunately fell into the Void Domain during this change. Even more unfortunately, this star system contained a colony planet, where many people lived and developed. This planet features a vast ocean resembling a eye, with an unexplored abyss at its center, hence it is named Shentong Xing,means the Divine Eye Star. Now, even the nearest celestial body is hundreds of millions of light-years away from Divine Eye Star. The change in rules also means warp spacecraft require greater energy consumption to escape the star's gravity and for navigation. Therefore, with current technology, even draining the entire star system dry would not suffice to cross the boundless Void Domain.
