MORNING: PLAN THE BET Before the city wakes up, you decide what each driver carries. Check the forecast. Read the market. Watch your warehouse capacity. Load fresh food before it spoils, save space for high-demand categories, and decide whether a driver should carry extra cargo or stay light enough to move fast. Every slot matters. Every kilogram matters. A full bag can save an order, but it also slows the driver down and burns more fuel. DAY: FIGHT THE GRID Orders appear across the city in real time.
