- Clutch Legend 1.4 Devlog #2 - How hard do you push? - 5 October 2026
Hi Legends,1.4 Devlog #2: how hard do you push?Quick one before we start: four new maps are coming and you get to pick which two arrive first. Have a look at them here, then vote on Discord. Now, training. Last time I promised it, so here we go.This isn't a tweak. It's a new system built out of pieces some of you will recognize. The very first version of Clutch Legend had you choose how hard to train, and I always missed that feeling of deciding whether to push or hold back. That's coming back. Coaches are coming back too, in a new form. And the sliders for your stats stay, because deciding exactly where your growth goes is half the fun. On top of all that sits something the game never had: injuries. Put together, every week asks you three small questions. How hard? You pick a load, from Rest to Crunch. The harder you go, the faster you grow, but you pay in fatigue, not money. Rest and Li…
- Four new maps are coming. You choose the first two. - 4 October 2026
Hi Legends,I've been working on something I wanted to show you for a while: four brand new maps. Two of them arrive with 1.4. The other two follow in 1.5. And I want you to decide which two come first. SwitchyardA railway yard. Site A sits in the big open train yard, site B inside the workshop. Long wagons are your cover on A, so utility and clearing lanes matter. B is short distances and coordinated entries.BastionA coastal fortress. A is the armoury courtyard, B the old stables, with a diagonal road through the keep and a long path around the walls. Whoever holds the middle road decides the round, unless the other team punishes the long ways.FoundryAn L-shaped factory. Hall A, the loading docks on B, and a processing floor right in the middle. Main, mid and splits: if you like that kind of map, this is the one.PelagicA marine research station. A is the lab, B is the turbine area, conn…
- Clutch Legend 1.4 Devlog #1 - The numbers behind your career - 3 October 2026
Hi Legends,Before adding anything new to 1.4, I wanted the numbers you already look at every week to be honest. A few of you wrote to me about the same thing: you get promoted, you start losing, your form collapses and it feels like the game turned on you. I went looking. You were right, and the cause was not what I expected.Stats that actually mean somethingADR and KAST used to be estimates. Now they come from the damage that really happens in the 2D Live: every hit counts, and the rounds where you contributed are counted properly.I measured it over a pile of matches, and the averages land where real CS sits: ADR around 78, KAST around 75%. They also feed your rating and your Clutch Score now, so a player who deals damage without getting kills finally gets credit for it.A leaderboard for players, finallyThere's a new tab inside the old Leage section (now called CIRCUIT). Nine stats, fi…
- Autumn Sale: 25% Off for 7 Days - 30 September 2026
Hi Legends,Tomorrow, October 1, the Steam Autumn Sale begins, and Clutch Legend is joining it.25% off, for 7 days From October 1 to October 8, the game is 25% off. It is the biggest discount Clutch Legend has had so far, and I wanted it to land right when the new patch is out.Why now 1.3.3 just went live: the whole game is now fully playable in French, the topbar finally tells you who you are and how you're doing, and your career navigates like a browser. If you've been waiting for the right moment to start your own road to the Major, or to bring a friend along, this is it.And if you already own it Nothing changes for you, except that there is a good reason to tell someone. A friend who has been curious about a CS career sim that lets you live the path from Open to the Majors, round by round, has a week to try it at its lowest price yet.Thank you, as always, for every message on Discord…
- Made Out of Your Messages - 23 September 2026
Hi Legends,This patch is made out of your messages.Over the past months you've sent me feedback on Discord and in the forums long, patient, detailed lists. I went through them one by one and turned what I could into 1.3.3. Almost nothing here started as my idea.French, nine months earlyClutch Legend is now fully playable in French: the whole career, the inbox, the coach, the tournaments, the 2D Live, the tutorial, the Hall of Fame. It was on the roadmap for 1.6, but I moved it up, because the people asking for it were already here, already writing to me in French. The rest of 1.6 stays exactly where it was.And the rest of your list: Next: 1.4, the numbersThe next patch has a single theme : your statistics become visible and comparable:• ADR and KAST, properly measured, in the Live and in simulated matches alike• League leaderboards of the kind you'd expect: kills, ADR, KAST, assists, KP…
- Patch 1.3.3 — FRANÇAIS - 22 September 2026
PATCH 1.3.3 — FRANÇAISa. Clutch Legend now speaks French. The game is fully playable in French: the career, the inbox, the coach, the tournaments, the 2D Live, the tutorial and the Hall of Fame. b. The topbar tells you who you are. Your nickname, your role and your OVR now sit permanently in the bar, with your national flag behind them. Two pills show Form and Mind as a state.c. Back and forward across your career. The side buttons on your mouse now move through the tabs you've visited, like a browser. d. Escape closes what can be closed. Escape now leaves the offer screen, the counter-offer, the contract deadline notice, the transfer window hub and the Import and Export panels of Your Legends. e. Space and Enter advance. Both keys do exactly what the main button on screen does, and nothing of their own: they never act when there are two ways forward, when you're typing, when a panel is…
- Achievements, Kept Promises, and Where We Go Next - 13 September 2026
Hi Legends,1.3.2a is out, and with it the roadmap for where Clutch Legend goes next. The last patch was about the Live, the loud part. This one is about the quiet part: the things the game promises you and then forgets to deliver. Most of what is in here came from a single long post on this forum, written by Eaf, who sat down and listed everything that felt off after a real career instead of after ten minutes. I have been working through that list ever since, and I want to be honest about where it came from, because a list like that is worth more than a hundred generic reviews.Achievements, doubled and fixedThere are 48 now instead of 24, and they follow a whole career rather than its highlights: the Clutch Ranking at every level, trophies, map knowledge, weapon mastery, your staff, your home, your fame, how long you last. Some are secret. The more important half of this is the part you w…
- Patch 1.3.2a — Achievements - 13 September 2026
PATCH 1.3.2a — ACHIEVEMENTSa. Achievements go from 24 to 48. The new ones follow a whole career instead of just its highlights: the Clutch Ranking at every level, trophies, map knowledge, weapon mastery, the people you hire, the place you live, fame and how long you last. A few stay secret until you unlock them. The 24 that already existed are now written in all five languages, and several of their descriptions were rewritten to say what the game actually checks.b. They arrive when you earn them. Achievements tied to what you own or who you are: a complete setup, housing, fame, chemistry, map knowledge, age, used to wait for your next match before anyone looked at them. Now they unlock the moment the condition becomes true. A few thresholds that no career could realistically reach have been corrected, so they are goals again instead of decoration. One of them, Your Staff, could not be u…
- The 2D Live, Rebuilt Like a Broadcast - 12 September 2026
Hi Legends,1.3.2 is out, and this one is all about the 2D Live. With 1.3.1 the interface around your career finally came together. The Live, the moment your player actually steps onto the map, was still the old screen: squeezed into the middle, black bars on the sides, names you had to squint at. Some of you told me exactly that, and you were right. This patch is my answer.A match that looks like a matchThe Live now fills the whole screen and reads like a broadcast. Scoreboard on top, the ten players along the bottom, the map in the middle from edge to edge. I rebuilt it around one simple question: if you glance at it for two seconds, do you understand what's going on? Who's alive, who's ahead, who's carrying the round. The maps got a proper upgradeAll seven maps have been remastered in far more detail and extended past the playable area, so nothing looks cut off anymore. The one rule I d…
- Patch 1.3.2 — LIVE 2D - 12 September 2026
PATCH 1.3.2 — LIVE 2Da. The 2D Live gets its biggest update yet. The match now plays out as a full-screen, broadcast-style show. The scoreboard sits on top with team crests, score, round timer and series progress; all ten players line up at the bottom, each with an avatar that drains as they lose HP, plus kills, deaths, money, weapon and grenades; the map takes the center and fills the screen from edge to edge.b. All seven maps, remastered edge to edge. Every map has been remastered in much finer detail and now extends past the playable area all the way to the borders of the screen, so there are no more black bars on the sides. Walls, passages, routes and positions are exactly where they were: only what you see changes, not how rounds play.c. Follow the match like a live broadcast. Each side of the map now holds a team stats panel you can open at any moment: every player's flag, role, k…
- The New Interface Is Here - 8 September 2026
Hi Legends,The new interface is out with 1.3.1.I didn't just want to make it look nicer. Before touching a single screen, I went back through what you'd actually told me was wrong with the old one, the posts, the Discord threads, the reviews, the little complaints that come up again and again, and tried to build the new interface around that instead of around what I personally liked. Dashboard, Stats, Training, Lifestyle, Market, Tournaments, Hall of Fame, all of it now follows one single visual logic, so what you read and where you click finally makes sense across the whole game.It won't be perfect on the first tryI'm sure some of what you asked for is in there, and I'm just as sure some of it isn't, or isn't quite right yet. That's normal for a change this size. Tell me what still feels off and I'll keep adjusting it, this patch is a big step, not a closed door. Now it's your turn agai…
- Patch 1.3.1 — UI V2 - 8 September 2026
PATCH 1.3.1 — UI V2a. The redesigned interface is now the default, everywhere. Every core screen. Dashboard, Stats, Training, Lifestyle, Tournaments, Market, Inbox and more, now opens directly in the new interface. Character creation keeps its classic screen by choice.b. Main Menu, Your Legends, Settings, Import/Export and Patch Notes now match. These five screens, previously untouched by the interface work, share the same painted backdrop, typography and layout language as the rest of the game.c. Tournaments, Hall of Fame and All Stars are easier to read. Tournament splash screens, brackets, results and rankings share a consistent visual language with the Hall of Fame's trophy cabinet and legends ranking; tournament history now shows varied artwork per event along with host city and flag.d. The onboarding tutorial follows the new interface. The five-day preseason tutorial now highlight…
- The New Interface Is Almost Ready - 5 September 2026
Hi Legends,The new interface is basically ready. Not a partial redesign. Every career screen you use, Dashboard, Stats, Training, Lifestyle, Market, Tournaments, Hall of Fame, has been rebuilt on the same visual language, so what you read and where you click finally follows one single logic across the whole game.Beta coming in the next few daysYou'll be able to try the new interface before anyone else very soon. Join the Discord now and ask there for a beta key, so you're ready the moment it opens (email works too if you'd rather not use Discord). It's the best way for me to catch anything rough before the wide release, and honestly, past beta feedback already shaped more than one fix that shipped.Full release: a matter of daysThe full release on Steam follows soon after. I'm using this last stretch for a bit more testing on the corners the beta alone won't reach. The store page gets the…
- A Quick Update, and What's Coming Next - 28 August 2026
Hi Legends, first of all, sorry. I've been quieter than usual over the last few weeks, some personal commitments needed my attention and I couldn't give the project the hours I normally do. Clutch Legend never stopped, it just moved at a slower pace than what you'd gotten used to.Right now my focus is the new UI. As I mentioned in the last post, this is something I'm building myself, piece by piece, with one goal in mind, making it more genuine, more distinctive, and more carefully thought through in every detail. As of today the rework of all the main tabs is basically done. What's left is mostly the image side of things, along with the Steam artwork, and I'll be working through those over the coming weeks. In the next few days I'll also share the roadmap for the months ahead, from here to the end of the year and into early 2027, so you have a clear picture of what to expect and when. As…
- Patch 1.3 — Hotfix #2 - 19 August 2026
PATCH 1.3 HOTFIX #2 a. Fixed the Live 2D Buy Menu overflowing, clipping equipment options, or leaving the Confirm button out of reach at several resolutions and Windows display scaling settings. The menu now adapts correctly when receiving or gifting weapons, keeping all loadout options readable and accessible. Federico
- Patch 1.3 — Hotfix #1 - 16 August 2026
PATCH 1.3 HOTFIX #1a. Fixed a softlock where the transfer window could leave a career without top bar or sidebar after declining a counteroffer reply, with no way to navigate or advance the week. Existing saves stuck at that point self-heal on next load.b. Season map pool screen restored before the sponsor offer at the start of each season (it had been silently dropped by an earlier change).c. Fixed UI panels and full-screen overlays (press conference, weekly announcements, transfer window, map pool) overflowing or leaving a black gap at several resolutions and window modes (windowed, borderless, fullscreen).d. Fixed DiceBear avatars not loading in some sessions.e. Removed the startup cinematic: the game now opens straight to the loading splash.f. Unified the audio volume system: fixed the plant sound always playing at full volume, the HE explosion sound pointing to a missing element, a…
- A New Interface, Built in the Open - 15 August 2026
Hi Legends,I'm working on a complete revision of Clutch Legend's interface. Not a reskin: I want every part of the career, training, team, results, economy, market and matches to be clear and immediate to read, without taking space away from the decisions that actually matter. My goal is simple. Make Clutch Legend feel more and more like what it wants to be: an esports career built week by week, made of results, pressure, growth and choices that leave a mark. I'm aiming for a simpler, more consistent navigation, with cleaner screens and the important information up front. A word about AI I got clear, specific and reasoned feedback about visual elements made, fully or partly, with AI tools. I can't ignore it, and I don't want to.Some visual assets already in Clutch Legend were made this way. I'm not deleting them on principle: logos, crests, maps and other elements that already work and…
- Clutch Legend 1.3 — MASTER AT ARMS - 14 August 2026
Hi Legends,1.3 is live. Full patch notes here: The core of this update is buying weapons at the start of the round in LIVE mode. You now pick weapons and utility one by one, you carry that inventory into the round and you can lose it: eco, force buys, saves and drops are yours to manage. Every weapon you use builds its own mastery, and the right buy becomes the one you really know how to use for your role.Around that, the live match has become more reliable; IGL and Support genuinely affect the team, the AI weighs its money and the team buy before purchasing, and the 2D view finally shows the weapon in every player's hands. In the career, tournaments, transfers and training are clearer, honours stay tied to the tier you actually played, and there is a real ending: the Hall of Fame keeps your best version and closes the story when you decide. Most of all this comes from your reports and y…
- Patch 1.3 — Master at Arms - 14 August 2026
PATCH 1.3 — MASTER AT ARMS a. Weapons are now real objects you buy, carry and masterMaster at Arms introduces item-by-item purchases, inventories and utility. Every weapon you use develops a Weapon Mastery that guides your buy priorities and stays in your career record. b. Round economy in the Live 2D match now behaves like the real thingEco rounds, force buys, saves, drops and weapon pickups make each round's economy credible. Dots once again show the weapon in hand, and dropped weapons plus new animations make the 2D action much easier to read. c. IGL and Support finally matter, and the AI plays the economyThe two roles now have a genuine effect on the team. The AI evaluates its money, the team buy, the available weapons and utility before acting, so engagements, support and drops follow the round's economy plan far more consistently. d. Tournaments are clearer, and honours follow the…
- Clutch Legend Demo 1.3 — MASTER AT ARMS - 9 August 2026
Hi Legends,The demo is now on version 1.3. Same as last time, it is not a cut down teaser: it carries all the features that define the new version, so what you play in the demo is the game I am about to release.Your demo career is not throwawayEvery character you create in the 1.3 demo is born as a seasonal career. That means you can pick it up and keep playing it in the full game: both if you already own Clutch Legend, and if you buy it later.Important: wait for the 1.3 full releaseCareers started in the 1.3 demo are not playable in the full version available right now. You will need to wait for the 1.3 full release, which is coming in the next few days. Your demo character stays there, waiting for you.If you like the demo, read this before buyingThe version currently on sale is 1.2.3a, and it does not include many of the features you are playing in the demo. The 1.3 full release is a…
